Edit: 1% for 50 and 5% for 200. It's a stretch for me since I'm saving up, but I think the pricing is sensible. :D

KAM, if you go to the Upgrade with Game Money page, there's now the option to buy horse breeding quality boosts with IVs, whereas they could only be bought with real money before. :)

Wow! So cool! Is this a limited time thing, or can I wait to see what I get next month or so and see if I get the right colt? Also, has anyone noticed much of a difference with 1 or 5% boosts? Is it the percent of that horse's breeding ability, or is it percentage based on a perfect foundation?

It's a set increase, so five 1% boosts are the same as one 5% boost. I'm pretty sure the percentage is based on a perfect foundation not a percentage of your own horse
