Can't auction horses?

I tried to auction a couple horses on my other account, after waiting on today's auction to end. There's no auction button on the horses page. When I went to the auction page and under manage my entries it says that the auction is now accepting entries, and then also says the auction is running and not accepting entries. Am I missing something?
