logging out of the game, and logging out of the forum tend to be two separate things, sadly. You are still logged on to your previous account in the forum. You have to click "sign out" to sign back in with the desired account.

All goods, catches everyone by surprise the first time they get a second account ^~^

Sometimes it helps to close the browser window as well as logging out. Sometimes the first account you've logged into remains even then. My daughter and I play on the same computer sometimes, and occasionally find the other person logged into the forum after logging into the game, especially if it's the same browser window, or even if there's a second browser window open at the same time.
