Basic Upgrade but want to Premium?

Hey guys,
I got a basic upgrade already, and have about 85 days left on it. What would happen if I tried to do a Premium upgrade now? Would the upgrades "stack" on each other somehow or would I lose the basic in favor of the premium?

The Basic would go dormant until you cancel your Premium, and then you could activate it again. :)

Or you could sell the dormant upgrade for IVs, but I recommend that you hold onto it for the times when money gets tight, or the card on your PayPal expires and you forget to change it over so your upgrade runs out, or whatever{
