If these guys are from the Shooting Star Nexus, they should be papered and PT better than their sire. Their founding sire Nexus Northern belongs to that particular group. And the intact genetics are not be shared outside of that chat room's breeders.
This is all per Ammit's directions for those breeders.

This group is a closed gene version of Nexus. Please do not share your new nexus lines with anyone but group members.
Please be careful when purchasing nexus from anyone outside this group has those lines have not been vetted.
All colts must test superior to their sire or equivalent benchmark horse to stay intact.
All horses must have an AFPT of at minimum .25 of a point higher than the nexus parent, .5 is more ideal.

Owership of a nexus foundation is required to participate in this group.

I know what your trying to say. I'm not trying to start an argument either. I'm just saying I was never told of it and unless Ammit has a problem with it I'd like to sell my colts to others. But on a certain post(I'd link it if not on my phone) she said Nexus wasn't a closed gene she never specifically said that foals/lines from that stud were closed. It also isn't marked on his page or anything and I don't have a foundation Nexus so I couldn't even get into the group to look and see if I wanted. So considering that I'd like to let others enjoy them because they aren't direct lines from him really he's just a great grand sire I think and he's only in there once. I've sold many straws from him also and no one has said anything.
