Hi,
New player, only been floating for a little while. Today I explored breeding, so yesterday I put 5 mares and a stallion in a pasture and today also bred some. Mostly just messing about getting a feel for the mechanics.

My first "unsure" moment was when I checked the pasture and it says 4 breedable Mares instead of 5. So off I went to look but I didn't find anything and I found the mare,

And she's bred but no foal, did I mess up? It was to this stallion,

Sidur
As far as I can tell there is no reason as to why there is no foal. I've scoured the forms and all I could find was lethal white and I don't think I've bred anything like that.

That stallion is also saying 0 foals though so not sure

No, I'm not sure what's happened. I've not even seen a foal there.

I see you have another mare up for public breeding. I wonder if you accidentally listed this mare and someone used her for an embryo. Or maybe they sold the foal back to the game. Weird, either way!

I don't think I did but like I said, I was mucking about so maybe, I thought I only put one up but maybe it was two.

People can also use mares for public breeding as recipient mares for embryos. They won't show a foal in that case.
