Account Merging Questions

    I had thought I had forgotten the password to my old account, however I was just able to change the password and log in. I've looked into merging the accounts but I don't see an option to. I'm not able to select a merging account from either.

    Asking because I'd prefer everything from this account be merged with the original due to the creation date, player ID and username.

    I believe the requirement you may be missing is: the account doing the “eating” must have the same upgrade level or higher than the account being “eaten”. So if this is the account that has the basic or premium upgrade, this account is the one that would have to eat the other account. But Ammit will stop by I’m sure and be able to give you exact information for your situation.

    On your home page, in account and stable management, is a request to merge link. There are some conditions, but that link is where you start.
