Hypothetical breed question

If we were to get "quarter horses" as a breed what bone weight would they fall under?
I see that it says "hunter type quarter horses" would be medium boned. Does that mean that " western" or "foundation" quarter horses would be considered heavy by the parameters of the game? or would they fall under just medium or perhaps even both medium and heavy?
