Merging Horses to Create Chimeras

I know I did this a long time ago once, but now I can't figure out how or where to do so. Also, is this only doable on foundations who haven't been bred, or can any 2 horses be merged?

GMTable/Unbred Foundations or horses with the same sire/dam can be merged (to my knowledge).
You have to select a horse to modify first (Gene Mod Treatment) then towards the bottom there should be the section to merge - if possible- with your selection. -
Lined horses, if they haven't been bred, can be merged if they are full siblings.#28036
