G6 Chimera help!

I have a G6 Chimera filly who i would love to turn into a stallion but she is testing worse than her dam. Would a 5% breeding boost help her enough to pass BA or, preferably, SBA?

Since she's worse than her dam and her dam is blue papered while her sire is a star, you might not be able to her her to pass. How does her dam compare to a gold paper mare? Preferably a gold out of blue/A, since that'll be lower than one from a gold/star.#28036
