Halo Varnish not showing?

Hey all! So I've got several appys that have halo varnish, but never show the actual halo around the spots. Many do have the LP gene required as stated in the gene description. Anyone else having these issues? How do you get them to show? Example of one of my horses with het Varnish, het LP and het ASR1.

It regulates varnish, meaning it will show when they get older and start varnishing.ID 108

It shows when they're older. You have to wait and it fades in like appy makes a horse "roan" later in life to all white. So it doesn't show right away. Did that make sense?

Thanks guys. I'll have to take a look at my older horses with it then, I didn't think they were showing either but I could be wrong.
