  • You ever have a foal that has all the genes you want, is a perfect animal for breeding, but somehow just turned out a hot mess?

This foal has LP, 2 PATN1, macchiato, w10, snf, KP, s+ black liver, and is gold papered but somehow she just looks so unfortunate. I'm going to keep her, because she'll work for my breeding program's goals, but geez. Great genes, quite a busy result.

My goal is to look something like this boy, so she's not too far off the mark genetically speaking.
  • Are you opposed to refilling?
  • Oh no! Rerolling ;)
  • Not at all! But the filly is a leopard appy with macchiato which won't roll out! She'll always be a bit busy. I could reroll away the KP cloud but her WF is large, so the other spots will stay.
  • Could you reduce the white factor?

She's never going to look like the other horse, though because she's a leopard appy. (I think she's gorgeous, but I love leopards and lots of splash.)

But you would have to remove one of the blanket genes to maybe get a closer look, and maybe reduce the white factor?

Either way, I think she's beautiful.
  • I actually think the foal looks better than the other horse lol. It's all personal taste.

  • Well, macchiato tends to reach up the horse's body regardless of white factor, like this guy who has light WF:

so I won't bother, because it will probably always intersect with her appy spots. And I could take off a PATN1, but I just got this stud that I want to try that has no PATN1, so breeding them together will get me what I want.

And Ammit, yeah it's all subjective :D
