On the pull down bar on the main website, there is a sub section called “Upgrade” under it are ‘voucher exchange’ and ‘buy upgrades’

Select voucher exchange. It will take you to another page there are several options there. If you select ‘Iv shopping’ it will take you to the page where you can but things with Iv’s including, boosts, GMTs, barns, basic upgrades, merges, and tack packs.
Each tack pack is a different amount of Iv’s from 1-100.

Now if you go back to the first voucher exchange page, there’s another spot where it says ‘buy Iv’s’ if you go there you can buy Iv’s. Each Iv costs 12,500 hjbs.

Also there are some more open tack options if you have a premium upgrade.
