Grullo is such an interesting color! We don’t see enough breeders using it on here I think...excited to see how your line turns out :)

@BellaVoce I have quiet a mixed herd atm simply because I'm trying to sort my foundations out. However I most certainly will take on grullos if my HH would throw them at me THAT would be great lmao

@HiddenGenetics I've got some grullos if you'd like them - a number of foundy mares, and then a mixed bag of 2Gs (the 2G fillies are mostly going to have tobiano, since I up and decided to kick it out of my breeding mix).

Thank you @Vella I’ve sent you a message you have also helped me with the genetics code of grullo I’ve been doing a heap of googling but couldn’t figure out which one of the black strands needs to be capital it’s eE or EE so that will be helpful when I do more GMT

They are done - unfortunetly I dont think I'll get satin on these guys as thats a whole lotta money but defiently think ill add satin to these lines eventually :)

If you want more leopard appaloosas, give both of your beauties another copy of Appaloosa (Llp) and Blanket Size PATN1.
Depends on how much variety I want in my foals whether I make my parents true breeding (homozygous for everything) or not

@Towdolly I’m not 100% decided on if I want them to breed true I’ll leave it be for now, might make another grullo pearl brindle with splash would love to add Kitm to this line also I have big ideas but small back account might just make a few BS foals to get some show pony’s going for me :)

@HiddenGenetics I just discovered this boy that got misplaced in a show barn. My onyx line has all dun, so I end up with lots of grullos.
He's 3rd generation, passed SBA but not comp tested. If you're interested I'll send him your way for create price (2500)
Edited to add - he's heavy though and I see you're breeding all riding horses. oops :)

@towdolly yes sorry have a passion for Arabians. And I plan to keep all foals sba it will take me longer to build my line but hopefully my line will be strong.

That's a good choice. I don't keep anything that doesn't pass SBA. I also don't keep anything that doesn't comp test superior. I have lots of shiny show ponies :)
