So I've been thinking about this for a while ... I really love the community aspect of Herd Helpers. I only ever use exceptional creates or rank specials, but I know that's not everyone, so I've been thinking about whether or not I should share every heard helper, whether it's one *I* will use or not. Do you have a particular philosophy or set of personal guidelines you use for sharing them?

On a side note - I know the page says you increase your chance of rolling a rare HH the more you roll, but does that only count if you DON'T use/share them? Anyone know?

I think it only increases if you don't share them, but I would wait on someone else to weigh in on that one. I always share the special HH and sell my creates.

I believe when it comes to rolling high rank HHs, it’s about how many times you roll without activating anything.

I personally tend to share anything that isn’t a Rank 1, but I don’t share daily, only when I remember to go to that page. And there are some Rank 1s I will share....really depends on the day and how much of a rush I am in! If I’m rolling past the free 5, I’m usually rolling for something specific like ExPro Appy or whatever, so I will bypass things that don’t fit that goal. The exception to that is usually Exceptional rank specials since there aren’t many of them in the HH daily roll.

I am with Cheers on this. I've often thought about mentioning that we COULD all share EVERY HH, for other folks to use. I'm at the point where I don't often use HHs for myself, but I do re-roll a lot to get ExPerfs and the new Hom Sooty ExPerf.

I roll all of them and share anything perfect or exceptional plus any rank specials. If something strikes my fancy in a three, four, or five rank I will share that too. I try to read what other people are looking for and will share it if I get it. I don't pay to get extra rolls, but I like seeing what all the rolls give me :D

I share the rank specials, the exceptionals, and usually the dark chestnuts because I know those are in high demand by the liver breeders. I used to share more of them, but noticed very few people ever used the more normal creates.

Cheers is correct on how it works. That is why you have the reroll counter to tell you how many times you have rolled.

If I remember to check the create page, I'll generally share perfect foundations and exceptionals, or other rank 5 combos that aren't exceptional

I try to share all exceptionals, perfect foundations, sooty flaxen chestnuts, dark chestnuts, hom sootys and rank specials. Just because they seem to be the ones people tend to use most often but some days I share everything and I do sometimes look to see if anyone has asked for something specific. That's on all 3 of my accounts :)

Anything brown will usually get used too since they’re quite rare. It doesn’t cost me anything to share what I roll, so unless I personally am going to be on a create spree I tend to share most of what I get. If I go to the page the next day and all shares aren’t used I tend to remove them because most people won’t go look at yesterday’s HH thread.

I share everything I use, and if I get anything that has been asked for recently.
