Private Chat horse sold to non-member on Public Sales list ?

I made this horse in my side account and put it in my private chat for sale to another chat member. A player who was not a member bought her. I have sent them a private message and added her to the chat asking her to please put the horse back for the intended player to purchase.
I remember this same situation happened a while back (more than a year ago) because I actually bought several horses I found on the public sales list only to find out that they had been placed in buddy chats and were not supposed to be up for public sale.BREEDING DARKNESS (ok black liver but it sounds cooler)
