You need a premium upgrade in order to pull eggs from a mare, or flush eggs from a mare. Once you have a premium upgrade, you will need to click the Advanced Facilities tab on your left sidebar, and go to Advanced Breeding Lab. Then click on Collect Eggs, and there will be two drop down menus. One is to pull a single egg, which costs $3000 HBs, and you may do once every 5 days. The second is for the mass flush, which costs $125,000 HBs. You may only do this once per season, to an unbred mare. After you flush her, you may not hand breed, pasture breed, or pull single eggs from her for the remainder of the season. Lab breeding is very expensive, and there is no bonus like from the pasture.
