When did the game start this up? I was bidding on a horse at 12:00am and went to enter again to try to win and this came up.

It's always been that way. I guess that kind of bidding wasn't anticipated. If you want, you can move this to the bugs section (even though it isn't REALLY a bug), so that Ammit will see it, and let you know if there is a solution.
