Can i do anything to make this guy a bit more brighter and "silver"?

Unless you want to dilute him (add cream/pearl) then no, unfortunately.

You can try adding roan if you aren't opposed to it. It makes them a bit more silvery

Or start by rerolling a couple times first

You can try rerolling his portrait to see if a more silvery version pops up.

Other than that, if you want that super dark/bright mirror silver look then chinchilla is the way to go.

I would have left the sty on him, my sty/sty ones seem a bit more silver, but they certainly have a range so just keep re-rolling him until you get a shade you prefer
