Go to the “Upgrades and Extras” tab on the left side bar. Click on “Upgrade with real money”. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and that is where the 3 genes that are on sale currently are listed. Right now the only closed gene available for sale is Ice 13. The blurb at the top of that section should walk you through how to add the gene. Every fifteen days (1st and 15th of the month), the genes available for sale change. There are I think roughly 30 genes, both closed and open, that are an option to pop up in that section. Also, the description under the individual gene will tell you if that specific gene is open or closed.

The axiom seems to pop up fairly regularly, i am waiting for axiom red myself. I kept debating grabbing it during the Christmas Day Sale and now I regret it.
