Does Snowflake Clone?

When cloning a horse, can DP/snowflake be passed down to said clone? I know that you can randomly create horses with dp and snowflake, but I wasnt sure if cloning is the same.

Yes, it does! I've cloned snowflake and it does pass on to the clone!
