    I did that last season. It worked fairly well. Except I missed pulling eggs from my foundation macchi mare and of course, she was the one that didn't make it through roll over :(

    I was going to toss my closed gene girlies in pasture for this season for a well deserved break, but just can't stand having only one shot at babies from them. So they are back in their barns and I will be pulling eggs as faithfully as I can and seeing if I can afford a flush or two before season's end.
