@Gracie3B and WhiteMountain Yes, Ammit programmed a slight possibility of twins not very long ago. I think it was sometime in 2017, but I could be wrong about the timing. There is a slightly greater chance of getting them when breeding horses in the Advanced Breeding Lab, I believe. They're not common, but they do crop up now and then.De gustibus non disputandum.
