Generating pointed horses

    New accounts generate pointed horses until they reach 20,000 points. Once an account passes that limit, if they sell off horses and drop below 20,000 points again, will they go back to generating pointed horses? Or is it a permanent change?

    If they go back under they can get pointed horses again
