    Photoshop if you have it, gimp if you need a free one, piskelapp if you want a website, and there's a few other art programs out there but those are the most commonly used ones, I think. :)

    The tattoo has to be in the PNG format and exactly 25 pixels by 25 pixels.

    I have had some luck finding photos that are marked as being available for reuse or for non-commercial reuse and manipulating them in Photoshop to make them the correct format and size. With only a mouse to draw with, I'm not good at all trying to create my own images. :D

    I am one of several players in the game that are willing to create tattoos for others for a moderate fee.
