I am going to do a little GMT work to this boy. Before I make a mistake, I wanted to ask about GMTing DP onto horses. This is the horse I am doing work to.

NS3 Fueling You

He already carries one copy of DP, but I am not sure from which parent. My question is, will the GMT lab tell me which allele I can add DP onto? Or is it a gamble and I might accidentally take the DP off, meaning I then need to fix it and spend more GMTs?

But what’s confusing is the DP part is just a question mark. And I know he has one copy, since he is a liver.

Never mind, I figured it out. It only charges the GMT token if it adds the gene, it won’t take it away
