How to make a tattoo, breed name and use the Upgrade

I recently upgraded my account (the basic one, using game money) could I please have some tips on how to make a tattoo and where to change breed names - ect. I'm sure I'll figure it out in time but I'm a little confused at the moment.

Most of those things are on the main stable page, on the RIGHT side menu. Breed name is under Stable Settings
