May I ask why this horse is worth so much?

It's an RS (Rank Special). They have special genes or gene combinations that other Foundations don't have. She is only 2 years old, so she can have her genetics altered for GMTs, so the person who bought her can basically turn her into whatever they want her to be.

the main reason she is worth so much is because she has 2 copies of a hidden gene called dense phenomenon (DP) this is what makes chocolate palomino and liver horses. it only shows up on red based horses (chestnut)
here's a few examples of dp carriers
liver/black chestnut. she is him dp
