You can put a horse in auction and automatically get 2500hbs from it. If you sell a horse below create price (2500), they're most likely going to be turned around for a quick profit and put into auction.

Almost all altered horses are worth this price, as you can't breed from them. Since you have not pt tested, I don't know if it'd be worth a bit more than that but judging from his pedigree, he probably doesn't have 11+ pt and thus would go for 2500.

For altered foals it's honestly just best to enter them into auction.
