Since neither of he parents have been run through breeding advice (accessed on the control panel of the horse's page) I'm guessing that one or both of them wouldn't pass. If you are looking to breed better horses, I would run all of your horses through breeding advice. I, however, do have a line of intentionally awful horses, I'm trying to see how low I can get my pt scores :)
