He was inconsistent. Will it also change his paper lever? Or does that stay the same?

His paper level will stay the same as the two aren't linked. His PT will go up by .6 though

I would just say his PT will go up. I don't think there is a set amount. I've had some go up as far as .6, and some not change at all.

He went from 11.7 to 12.3
