Can we get Bone Fire as a Herd Helper when rerolling?

Does anyone know if it's possible to get Bone Fire as a Herd Helper if you're rerolling to get a Rank Special? I always try to play the guess the rank special contests when people do them and I don't want to guess Bone Fire if it's not possible to get them via reroll lol. I know Diamond Age and Nanotech are one time only limited editions but I don't know if Bone Fire is the same. I'm thinking that it's for the summer solstice and not for the one millionth horse but does anyone know for sure? Has anyone gotten Bone Fire as their HH when rerolling?
