Stable Header Image not updating

Hello,
I created a new stable header image as I didn't like how the first one looked. Second one created within specifications and uploaded, but it doesn't change.
Image Resolution:
486x100 14kbs .jpg format
Whenever I upload, it only shows the prior image, not the new one (new file name, and verified that is the new image being uploaded), go to a horse page and refresh and it still shows the prior one as well. I have also attempted to log out and back in and try again and still unsuccessful in having it update. -
You probably just need to do a hard refresh of your browser. Sounds like your computer is showing you the old image and not the updated one. Hitting the refresh button on the horse image won't update that.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
