Showable only papers?

I've never seen this before. What is it? Its on a stallion, but papers say "showable only"

It means the horse 'failed' the Breeding Inspection and is significantly inferior - in mares it simply says failed, but stallion are showable only. It's the lowest of the ranks.
The paper ranks go like this;
Stallions - Showable Only, C, B, A and Star*
Mares - Failed, Yellow, Red, Blue and Gold*AztecArabians
~ Small generational herds, selectively breeding warmbloods of only exceptional quality, red based sooty, DP, mushroom and Ice 13 lines ~
