What is XP?
-
On my Stable Home it says I have 23 xp to next bonus stall. How do I earn XP points? Does it literally mean another stall is added to my primary barn? And how come the number seems to occasionally fluctuate? It was 20 for ages, then 19, now 23, and I'm not sure why.

XP is experience points. They accumulate everytime you breed or create horses. However, if you sell a horse back to the game, or in the auction, then you LOSE XPs. I'm not 100% sure about the auction part...it may be if the horse is removed from the game via the auction. Either way, yes, you do get an extra stall added to the primary barn.
If you ever come to a point where you have more horses than stalls you won't be able to enter shows until you sell the extra horses.
And, by the way, Welcome to the game! Don't forget you are eligible to adopt a show horse! http://hj2.huntandjump.com/forum/discussion/18046/available-to-adopt#Item_3 -
Yes, you do earn another stall in your primary barn. You gain xp by creating or breeding horses and you lose it if you send them to the public auction.Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.

@Confluence Actually you can still show when you have too many horses. You have to into their page and click the little flag under the picture. Its a major nuisance when you have a large amount of horses but its doable. I know this because I'm almost constantly with more horses than stalls. You just can't breed, create, or buy anymore horses until the excess can be housed.Be not afraid to ask questions. You're not the only idiot in the room.
