You can't get that herd helper back, but you will get a new one tomorrow (you may have to refresh the Create A Horse page after the first time you open it to get the new day's HH to show). You can also check the herd helper section of the forum and click the links for any that you would like a share of, which will allow you to make between 1 and 5 horses from that HH depending on the rank (and allow the person who posted it to make that many more as well).
