Wild Bay
  • Ok so I just bred my mare to a Wild bay stallion I bought, and they produced a filly named Wild Cash. Is she a wild bay too?
  • We will need a link in order to view her. :)

  • I found her using the search and she is definitely wild bay. You can tell the difference between wild bay (A+ on the gene test) and normal bay (A) even without a gene test by looking at how far the black goes up the legs. In a wild bay it fades out at mid cannon. Regular bays are black to the top of knee and hock. Wild bays are also lighter and yellower on their body. If you compare your foal's parents you can clearly see the differences.
