In all your barns, at the top of each page, there are a list of things for the horses. One is Move. Click the box beside the horse you want to move, then go to the drop down at the bottom of the page, where it saids "Select a barn" or "Select a pasture", find the one you want to put them in, then click the "Move these horses" button.
