Best friend--you can access stallion papering with the basic upgrade I think, and mare papering with the premium upgrade.

@Best Friend: Stallion, Mare, and Gelding papering are accessible with a basic upgrade under the tab labeled Testing and Papering.

@Cheers, for testing and papering, I think players who want to use Strict Mare Advice need to have a premium upgrade.
