If the image you want to embed is online, right click the image and select "Open in a new tab"
Then, paste that tab's URL between the two sets of quotation marks provided when you click on the "Image" button on the post creator ("Image" is the green and blue rectangle).

If the image you want to embed is your own image, first upload that image onto Imgur or Photo Bucket, then prompt the site to generate a URL for that image for you. Then, paste the URL into the quote marks provided when you click the "Image" button.
