Confusion About breed rules

I made a new breed and it doesn’t work right.
I want ponies and minis medium boned.
Can I do that?
Right now it said the minis are too small. Of course I immediately made a new create so then I couldn’t change anything. So I sold her back to the game but the game still thinks she’s around.
Anyway, will I be able to make this breed with both sizes?
