Hello I absolutely love horses all my life my favourite horse is Bill I joined because I love anything to do with breeding games and this one has instructions on how to play. I am looking for friends too.

Hello! Returned to the game after over a year. Don't have a clue what I'm doing, but happy to be here!
I love horse games and I love genetics games.
Huh, not sure why it's showing as the old account I closed. Oh dear.
It should be Bookwyrm, not Alianora. No clue what's going on there.

Some confusion and delay later, I have figured out my problem. Apparently despite deactivating 'Alianora' and signing out, it didn't sign out of the forum account. So the new account was signed into the forum as 'Alianora'. I have posted a bug report about it. Sorry for the confusion everyone.

Good afternoon everybody, hope everyone's doing well today. I'm excited to meet everyone and see all this website has to offer for us players. I made an account in November 2024 but hadn't really touched the game. Starting out today! Still figuring everything out. Nice to see the welcoming community.

I've loved horses since I was a kid but due to financial issues I wasn't able to take any lessons and endulged myself into the world of virtual horse games. I've recently taken an interest in horse genetics and figured this might be a nice start for experimenting and meeting like-minded people. Not sure if this website has a messaging system other than forums but I'm always up for a chat! ~O)

Sorry for the late response, I don't check the forums very often.
According to the FAQ:

One real life month equals one year on Hunt & Jump. Horses age up at the start of each new "year", so, at the beginning of the next month your horse will age one year.
Foals and yearlings have been combined to limit stall space taken up by unusable horses. Horses born in the first half of the month are labeled foals. During the second half of the month, all babies are labeled yearlings.
