As I've been playing with the new straw/egg/gamete breeding options, I have found myself (loving it but) sorely wanting a shift to one feature:

a way to select the dropdown box for genetic material with a given label so that I can individually check each individual one WITHOUT selecting every existing straw or egg. For example, if I have 67 eggs from a mare, and I click the box to select eggs, it auto-checks all 67. If I hit the blank box, it de-selects them all, but it collapses the menu, so I either have them all selected or cannot select any. This makes it really hard to put just 5 eggs for sale; I have to manually uncheck the other 62.

I hope that makes sense!

What would be a better way to display the data so that you intuitively understood that the arrow is what controlled the toggling?

You can click the blank box to re-expand it with none selected and then select just the ones you want.

Ohhhhh my goodness, the arrow sure does work to do exactly this. Whoops. I think it has something to do with the fact that the arrow 'button' is unlike other buttons in game, so I did not even realize it was a button.
