Potential Premium and Breed Characteristics bug

Hi, I'm not sure if this is an actual bug, or something I did incorrectly, or something else all together. I did try to search through previous posts with these keywords (premium, breed characteristics, subscription, upgrade) but didn't see anything exactly like my issue.
I thought that I had a premium upgrade and a breed characteristics upgrade as seen here in these screen shots:https://imgur.com/1sBkfV8

But today I saw the newsletter come out with the amazing new Warden BC. I went straight to make a new breed and assign it as the BC (but maybe I can't do it that way?) and then I noticed that I couldn't select the Warden. That took me down a different rabbit hole and I found this page which states that I in fact don't have any current subscriptions or upgrades on my account.https://imgur.com/HajKb9F
The Warden is also grayed out for me when I look at the BC's I have unlocked.
So, the question is: am I doing something incorrect? Did something happen to my account? If anyone has any insight, please let me know. Thank you!
P.S. I apparently don't know how to use html anymore as I can't get the images to show up no matter what I do. Sorry :(I love draft horses! -
I purchased a 1 month subscription for the BC's because of the warden today. I also can not unlock anything. He doesn't appear for me at all and I can't unlock any of the other ones I don't have.
So it must be a bug
Edit - on my player home page I have them all now. None are grayed out so nevermind for me I guess it literally just fixed for meWolfgang Pride ID 554

You have a premium subscription not a BC subscription. They are different things.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

Yes, I understand they are different things. When I click on "Buy Upgrades" on the left navigator, then click on the "Upgrades" tab, then scroll to "Breed Characteristic Upgrades", right above the "manage your subscription" button it says "You have an active subscription!" When I then click on the "manage your subscription" button, it takes me to page that has a button to cancel my subscription, but I don't want to cancel it. Should I cancel it and attempt to resubscribe?I love draft horses!

I apologize, I promise I am not trying to be dense or difficult, I just don't understand why it would tell me I have one but then I don't? I think maybe something went wrong?I love draft horses!

Sorry, I was unclear from your first post and we had another person mix them up. You don't have a BC subscription on your account but I do see your payment in the transaction log for one. Send me a PM and I will get you sorted out. It's going to be a banking thing and we don't want to do that publicly. :)Need to contact me? Read this first.
