Missing Tack Packs and options within tack packs

I noticed the basic tack pack was missing backgrounds and other items and the long manes and tails are not showing up

As for backgrounds, I belive you missed this announcement and the associated change log posts.

ImagineThat1, I see the horse you listed is currently a foal. Foals don't show all the tack pack options (such as the Long and Luscious manes & tails you mention), as some options cannot be applied to the foal artwork. Once your horse turns two, all options will be visible.
I have played this game for seven years, and thanks to my forgetful brain, I still confuse myself with this concept every month while trying to tack up my foals : )Looking for Appaloosas? Check out my Riata account.
