I'm answering your question in 2 different ways, because I'm not sure which way you meant it:

1. They have the potential to be better at showing than other foundations. Their offspring will not inherit that trait (especially as they are coded to be good at showing, not breeding).

2. They may or may not be better than lined horses. That entirely depends on the quality of those lined horses.
