Breed Characteristics, help me choose?
-
A couple of my breeds are a singular bone in size, so I only need one BC for those. But a couple of my breeds are open to all bone sizes. I'm trying to figure out which BC's I want to use for them. I want something that looks at least somewhat plausible when crossing different bone sizes. I think I have a good set on my Kampong, which uses Thoroughbred for light bone, Dutch Warmblood for medium and Irish Draught for heavy. These "match" in my brain. I'm having difficulty deciding which ones I want to use for my Serama and Haltanny ("default") breeds. I don't want to use the same ones over and over, since I am subscribed to the BC thing, I want to use lots of different ones. Below I'll list what I'm currently using. Please let me know what combinations you think match/ look good together.
Haltanny/ Default breed - these don't "match", open to change any or all
Light: Saddlebred
Medium: Irish Draught
Heavy: Friesian
Ketawa - prefer not to change
Light: Polish Arabian
Bekisar - open to change
Heavy: Suffolk Punch
Kedu - prefer not to change
Light: Akhal-Teke (M) & (L)
Kampong - these match well? Thoughts?
Light: Thoroughbred
Medium: Dutch Warmblood
Heavy: Irish Draught
Serama - these kind of match? But definitely open to suggestions on better match
Light: Saddlebred
Medium: PRE
Heavy: Friesian
BC's not currently used:
Traditional Cob - would love to use somewhere
Pon Pon
Infernal
Seapony
National light
National medium
National heavy#28036 -
I would switch serama’s heavy to traditional cob. Your default breed is already friesian, so it makes sense to swap there!Continuing my reign as the most annoying player on the forums and hgg’s favorite butch lesbian cowboy

They/them -
The PRE's mane and tail and the Cob's mane and tail are similar in terms of fullness, so I think they match fairly well if you made the switch VG is suggesting for your serema line.
