How to create collectibles? CLOSED

I'm assuming you have to breed them? or buy the height regulator and apply on a foundation pony?
I noticed they don't appear on the create a horse options. Which I guess makes since, as you have to buy the gene license?| #59142 | Spotted | Reiner | Chocolatey | Enchanting | Stygien | Lunara | -
