Maxing out [CLOSED]

So i inspected a stallion from one of my lines and then he didn't pass so now he's gelded. I want to unalter him and instead of boosting, i want to max him out to see if he passes but i can't seem to find the option anywhere. Is it only for premium players or am i doing something wrong?
