Is this against game / GE rules?

Sometimes when I get too bogged down at work, I like to take a break to do something brief but creative and not work related.
Today I thought I could make simple stable image headers for people in GE who don't have one yet, but I wasn't sure if it would be against game rules to send someone a download link for the image? (Nobody would be obligated to use them, obviously. It's just a fun thing to get my brain reset. They'd be better structured than mine though, lol. :)) )

That's fine. You should send one a link to the image, not to a random download link though. I would never download a random file someone sent me without being able to see what it is first.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
